Norm Architect’s Bottle Grinder produced by Danish design company Menu is a very cleanly designed and constructed piece of kitchenware. A durable plastic shell encapsulates the ceramic grinding mechanism, which is placed at the top of the grinder to avoid spilled spices and the adjustment knob for coarseness comes in wood or stainless steel. The Bottle Grinder was designed with more than just pepper in mind, and thus comes in 3 color-coded sets for salt and pepper and whatever spices one desires to have at an arms reach. Matched sets available in ash-carbon, greens, and blues.
