The BISTRO Standmixer by Bodum is a modern approach to a classic kitchen appliance. The body of the this mixing machine is constructed of rubber-sprayed plastic, offered up in a variety of vibrant colors. Designed to mix consistencies from light to heavy, the push of a button controls up to six speeds of elbow grease that, combined with the coordinating attachments, are meant to tackle any kind of job. The Standmixer’s three lackeys include: a dough hook, a flat, aluminum bubbler and a stainless steel egg beater. The BISTRO also comes replete with a 160 oz. stainless steel bowl that is fed through a nifty chute and protected by a splashguard.
The BISTRO has suction cups that are built into the base, a neat security detail to prevent the mixer from traveling while in action. Stylistically versatile enough to meld with any kind of kitchen decor.
