Green Farm is a practical kit which will allow you to grow edible shoots at home in your kitchen window. The natural terracotta makes sure that the soil contains just the right amount of moisture so that your seeds feel right at home and want to grow. Shoots from yellow peas, sunflower shoots, and other cabbage shoots such as radish, mustard and watercress are the most common. These are easy shoots for amateurs to grow. After 7-10 days, you can harvest your delicious greens to add to your salads, place in sandwiches or garnish your meals. An herb scissor is included in the set and has its own little compartment so that you always have it to hand.
