These remarkable glass-topped low tables have emerged by the designer’s extensive experience in Asia. By utilising an ancient Oriental process of interlocking folded paper, this progressive project uses artistry to compose a practical design. Individual paper components knitted together form a jacket for the table base and create engaging visual patterns and textures seen through the glass tabletop.
