Ron Arad’s chair for Kartell, fondly named the “Fantastic Plastic Elastic”, has a soft and alluring body made out of polypropylene that is inserted into an aluminum frame without the use of metal inserts. The results are a very sturdy but light and flexible chair that can be used both indoors and outdoors. The beautiful and practical FPE chair is available in red, white, and blue and can be stacked up to eight chairs.
