The Yama stovetop coffee siphon makes a great gift for any coffee aficionado. This espresso maker brews great coffee without the sediment you would get in a French press. The siphon can stand up to daily usage and is easy and simple to use. Fill the bottom carafe with hot water and place a finer grind of coffee in the top chamber. As the water boils it is siphoned up the top chamber and infuses with the ground coffee. After brewing for 60 seconds remove the pot from the heat source and the coffee with siphon back down into the bottom carafe. So easy!
