Composed of thick aluminum, stainless steel, the 6mm sandwich base provides an even spread of heat. The Eva Trio collection comes in stainless steel or a “Slip-Let” non-stick finish option. Both have stainless steel tube handles that remain cool to the touch. Both have an elegant, long-handled stainless steel lid with flanged rim, allowing for a tight fit and for the pan to be stacked up for storage. Note, the non-stick product line uses anodised aluminum is not recommended for dishwashers.
